Quiche2

For a 17cm logo-mp tart pan

2 strips bacon – 1 slice cooked ham – 1 small onion – 1 knob butter or margarine – 1 egg – 5 cl fresh cream – pepper.

Ask your mother to turn the oven to gas mark 6-7 (180 degrees).

Cut the bacon, ham and onion into small pieces (don't forget to remove the rind from the bacon and to peel the onion). Melt a little butter in a pan and fry all the ingredients for about 10 minutes, stirring at all times. Fill the pre-baked shell with these ingredients.

Beat the egg with the cream, add a little pepper and pour over the other ingredients in the shell. Bake for about 15 minutes in the oven. When the quiche has browned, remove from the oven and allow to sit for a few minutes before removing from the pan. Serve immediately.

Note: This recipe can be made into several smaller forms and served as appetizers.
